You can update your song library by purchasing the latest Volume SD card or DVD from our website, or by using the Platinum Link app for supported digital models to download new releases via Wi-Fi.
What is the warranty period for your karaoke systems?
All Platinum Karaoke players come with a standard 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. Accessories like microphones and remote controls are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our karaoke systems worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I connect my Platinum Karaoke player to a smart TV?
Absolutely. Our modern players feature HDMI output for high-definition video and audio connection to any smart TV. For older models, standard RCA (yellow, white, red) cables are provided.
